Divisional Recruiter (McLean, VA)
Piper Companies is a rapidly growing recruiting firm looking for motivated college graduates to join our team. The Divisional Recruiter will work directly with Account Managers to understand skillsets required by customers to fill active job openings through sourcing and screening potential candidates. We are looking for candidates who are willing to be coached and developed into high-producing members of the delivery team in our McLean, VA office.
Responsibilities of the Divisional Recruiter include:
· Performing the full recruitment life cycle while engaging candidates
· Posting open positions to job boards, sourcing resumes, meeting with candidates, holding interview prep calls with candidates, extending offers, and overseeing onboarding paperwork
· Tracking status of candidates through the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
· Establishing relationships with Account Managers to qualify requisitions and identify required skillsets
· Serving as the primary point of contact for candidates during their interview process and throughout their employment with Piper Companies
Qualifications for the Divisional Recruiter include:
· 3-6 months of experience in leadership, customer service, recruiting, sales, or human resources
· Sales-oriented professional who is grounded in work ethic, motivated by unlimited earning potential, and able to set, reach, and exceed their professional goals
· Resilience while multitasking and working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and online software applications
· Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Liberal Arts, Science, Technology, or a related field
Compensation for the Divisional Recruiter:
· Base Salary: $50,000
· Tier I Unlimited Commission Plan
· Quarterly and Annual Bonuses: Includes potential to earn a company-paid incentive trip
