This internship is onsite at our Distribution Center in Ankeny, Iowa, where you'll volunteer within our community, attend social outings, hear from our senior leadership team, and make some pizzas, of course!

As a Supply Chain Intern, you will shadow the Distribution Center supervisors to assist with process improvement in a variety of areas including: inventory, truck-routes, order picking, and assist with other various projects. This could include, but is not limited to, time studies as it relates to employees becoming familiarized with the picking process, redesigning the Cigarette/Tobacco area, production analysis, pick path analysis, and slotting analysis. The ideal candidate for this position will posses a strong background and interest in pursuing a career in the supply chain field, and must be willing to work occasional overnight shifts in order to fully understand the DC operations.
