Events and Logistics Manager
The Events and Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating events, providing administrative support, and assisting with marketing and social media for the company’s strategic goals and mission. This person is responsible for successful project management in events of all sizes with a specialization in client management. This person will develop and implement concepts, executing, and following up on all aspects of logistics and events.
The incumbent works collaboratively with Principal Event Planner and other staff within the company and external clients and vendors. This person manages direct communications with clients and vendors and provides regular updates to the Principal Event Planner.
The Events and Logistics Manager will:
- Manage communication with clients
- Manage client contract/billing process
- Vendor management
- Be present at events (evening/weekend availability)
- Manage day-of schedule of events
- Explore additional event opportunities
- Engage in social media by interacting with other vendors and creating content
