Human Resources Specialist Pathways Student Intern

The Student Trainee (Human Resources Specialist) Pathways Intern will:
  • Lewran and train in recruitment and staffing operations to understand the hiring and staffing process.
  • Learn and train in a variety of measurement methods and surveys. Designs, develops, and produces various reports, including those of a standard, ad hoc, and recurring nature. Examines the results to improve customer service and provide analytical data to managers.
  • Assists managers in effectively managing awards and recognition programs and meeting all regulatory requirements.
  • Learn and train in personnel action processing.
  • Trains in organization business communications. Receive and handle, as appropriate, communications (for example, emails, calls, messages) from employees related to benefits, pay, and other personnel issues.
  • Supports Human Resource (HR) Program Managers, Team Leaders, and HR Specialists with various HR duties and projects.

The ideal candidate is a current student interested in a career in Human Resources pursuing a degree in Business and/or Human Resources or a related degree program.
