Social Media Intern

The Marketing Intern will become an integral team member of the Marketing team by taking on various projects dedicated to HairClub’s Marketing strategies and initiatives. Create memories of a lifetime while making a difference in the lives of others.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:


30% Learn and support Marketing Operations: Gain practical knowledge and assist with all stages of  developing and executing campaigns and initiatives through various marketing channels. Assist in  marketing and advertising promotional activities including but not limited to social media and web.

30% Learn and support Marketing Research and data analytics: Learn and collect quantitative and 
qualitative data from marketing campaigns and reporting. Perform market analysis and research on  industry competitors.

30% Deliver Strategic Business Project: Work collaboratively with other interns to research, analyze and  recommend a solution to a business challenge. Present business solution to Executive Committee to  influence implementation within HairClub.

20% Support Marketing Operations Administration: Assist with Marketing administrative responsibilities.  Assist with Marketing data analytics. Support Marketing technology & systems.
Perform other reasonable duties as assigned

MANAGEMENT AND COLLABORATION:
• Collaborate with intern cohort on key intern learning events, assignments and projects
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop and deliver Day-In-The-Life presentation, group project 
and individual project(s) and work assignments
• Work with key HairClub stakeholders to deliver business strategic project
• Collaborate with eCommerce by managing Social Media Stories and scheduling content on Social Studio 

KEY MEASURES OF SUCCESS:
1. Successful completion and delivery of business strategic group project
2. Successful completion of Marketing strategy project
3. Full engagement and participation in all group intern learning events
4. Meet Social Media scheduling and posting support to the eCommerce Tea
