In this entry-level position, analysts will gain exposure in other areas of the firm and later take on wealth planning responsibilities with the expectation that their career will advance towards that of a wealth advisor with a book of business or as a senior member of the Wealth Planning or other L&W internal team.
Client Responsibilities:
Assist the Investment, Trading, and Operations teams with client onboarding and servicing
Assist the Wealth Planning team in development of financial plans and recommendations
Team Responsibilities:
Participate and be a valuable contributor in various team meetings across departments
Firm Responsibilities:
Understand and support the firm's vision, mission and strategy
Experience Requirement
No prior professional work required, however industry related internship experience a plus.
Performance Measures:
Mastery of Technical skills & expertise in software packages.
Pursuit of CFP® designation
Typically 24-months spent in this position
Skills required:
Proactive and strong work ethic
Ability to mufti-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
Professional appearance and demeanor
Microsoft Word and Excel Proficiency
Strong writing skills
Experience with a CRM Database, eMoney or other financial planning software is a plus
