Ecommerce Coordinator

IMPACT ON BUSINESS:
Contribute to fast-paced, fast-growing websites within the trusted Bealls family of brands. Work in a collaborative setting with other coordinators, photographers, and merchants as you prepare products to sell online.

INTERACTION:
  • Manage flow of product in and out of the photo studio, working closely with photographers and central fulfillment center staff
  • Organize products to ensure maximum efficiency to list products to website daily
  • Build and maintain cross functional relationships with peers, managers, and staff

EXPECTATIONS FOR SUCCESS:
  • Manage the flow of products through production studio to sell online
  • Write product descriptions for 16 unique styles each hour
  • Answer and resolve any merchandise issues from merchant and Ecommerce teams
  • Assist in online merchandising of businesses as needed
  • Manage product information edits and website maintenance

KEY ATTRIBUTES:
  • High School diploma
  • Retail experience preferred
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Strong attention to detail with a customer-first approach
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Natural leadership abilities and team-building skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Comfortable with technology and the ability to learn new programs and platforms
  • Ability to work constructively in a team environment where brainstorming and collaboration are standard
  • Ability to work varying hours and schedules that may include days, mid-shifts, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Knowledge of company standard software, systems, and procedures
  • Must enjoy working in a fast-paced, multi-process environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
  • Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodations
  • Must be able to climb stairs to access Studio
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry at least 20 pounds
