LTOCE: COES TTC Office - Student Assistant

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform administrative tasks for the department (filing, typing, answering the telephone, on-campus errands, processing mail)
Assist with TTC special events
Communicate with faculty, staff, and students in a professional manner (via in-person, email, virtually, or by telephone)
Greet guests, faculty, staff, and students that come in the office

Job Qualifications:
Good computer skills
Good verbal/communication and written skills (via email, telephone, etc.)
Dependable, trustworthy, and efficient
Respectful of the office dress code
