NBA & NFL Venue Game Day Volunteer (DC Representative)
Our company creates innovative corporate sports programs, sports leagues, youth summer camps, and year-round events. We run events at sports arenas throughout the entire country. Teams we've worked with for events include the Miami Heat, Los Angeles Clippers, Denver Nuggets, San Antonio Spurs, Phoenix Suns, Detroit Pistons, New York Jets, Tennessee Titans among others.
We are looking for college Juniors and Seniors with a passion for sports to work with Playbook as game day volunteers. You'll be based in DC and work with our event ops team to manage events at local NFL, MLB, NBA, MLS, College venues . The position will provide an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to a wide range of sports event operations, planning, and execution. If you do well in the role you will be seriously considered for a PT traveling event ops role where you work at similar events across the US and Canada.
Qualifications:
- Excellent work ethic
- Willingness to travel across the US & Canada to work events
- Self-starter and team player
- Experience using Google Suite & Microsoft Suite
Responsibilities:
- Assist with event check-in
- Manage various aspects of event operations
- Help with crowd control
- Assist with on-field logistics
