Marketing Creative Studio Student Associate (Business Season 2022-2023)

JOB TITLE: Creative Studio Student Associate
DEPARTMENT: Creative Services - Marketing
SUPERVISOR: VP, Marketing Productions

As Creative Studio Student Associate, you will assist and learn from the Marketing Production department
in the execution of content across the portfolio of MSG brands & signature partners. A unique aspect of
this position is that you will have the opportunity to wear multiple hats in the video production process
including handling logistics, planning, budgeting, and administrative responsibilities, and you will work
with the Video Production department. This role is for a high energy individual with a positive attitude who
is excited about being behind-the-scenes, helping bring creative and brand strategy to life.

• Create call sheets, update and maintain production best practices booklet, preferred vendor list, box
folders, collect and maintain waivers/releases
• Complete varying responsibilities for production support, scheduling, research, estimate bidding and
• Set up internal and external vendor meetings, research directors, motion graphics artists, animation
houses etc.
• Interface with other departments & brands (Brand, Creative, Venues, Marketing Partnerships)
maintaining confidential information and lending support with initiatives
• Opportunity to attend shoots and work on the post-production process throughout edits
• Participate in special projects as assigned

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Production background
• Even keeled and calm under pressure
• Ability to multitask and work both autonomously and within a small team environment
• Proficiency in basic computer programs (Microsoft Office)
• Interest in video production
• Employment/freelance experience
• Experience sourcing props or operating a boom
• Sports and/or entertainment experience

• Undergraduate candidates with a class status of junior or above
• GPA of 3.2 or above
• Provide a letter from your school verifying enrollment
• Available to work a minimum 21-hour work week and a maximum 35-hour work week
