Student Workers: Computer Help Desk
Work at the LTS Help Desk answering calls, processing walk-ins and completing administrative tasks as assigned. May occasionally need to troubleshoot IT issues.
Responsibilities:
- Answer Law Technology Services (LTS) Help Desk phone line
- Manage help tickets, basic computer desktop end-user support.
- Provide occasional basic audio visual support.
- Help organize and maintain LTS spaces.
- Equipment pickup and drop-off, some heavy lifting required.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred qualifications:
- Work experience in a customer service or client support setting.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products.
