2023 Summer Analyst Internship
We are recruiting Summer Analysts to join our team for Summer 2023.
Summer Analysts work alongside senior team members on live deal execution across technology verticals and transaction types (sellside M&A, buyside M&A, equity capital raises, debt capital raises) in addition to business development and research projects.
Requirements:
Full-time availability is required for summer. Start and end dates are flexible around academic schedule.
This is an advanced internship for students in their junior or senior year of undergraduate study, with prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or similar.
We are a lean team with strong deal flow. The position involves in-depth work on all stages of the deal process, including:
-Target & investor identification
-Creation of marketing materials, teasers, CIPs, pitch decks, etc.
-Financial modeling
-Industry and company research
Sumer Analysts must be eager to learn, comfortable taking on large amounts of responsibility quickly and capable of producing quality work on short timelines.
This position has the potential to result in a full-time offer for after graduation.
