Electrical Engineering Intern

Idion (www.idion.us) is looking for a motivated electrical engineer to help across the electrical engineering domain: testing, designing test fixtures, doing compliance testing with our vendors. Work will be split between onsite and at home, approximately 50-50. You will be trained on and you will contribute to our Quality Control System and learn all about the ISO 13485 process. You will help with our 60601-safety testing. As a med-device EE we are looking for the following skills:
· Good laboratory skills and the ability to work with multi-meters, oscilloscopes, analyzers, thermal chambers
· Programming skills- (Every EE needs to be able to program)
· Read and understand technical documents.
· Write functional specification and component specification
· Work with and expand on Raspberry Pi diagnostic fixtures (or Arduino).
You will be working with the entire team with many years of engineering experience.
