Sports Law Student Associate (Business Season 2022-2023)
JOB TITLE: Sports Law Student Associate

SUPERVISOR: VP Legal & Business Affairs - Teams
ROLE SUMMARY:
As a Legal Student Associate, you will gain first-hand experience in a variety of areas related to legal and business affairs at MSGS. This role is for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and is excited to work closely with members of the Legal department in their day-to-day responsibilities.
RESPONSIBILITIES: (under attorney supervision)
- Review, draft, and analyze various types of agreements and other documents
- Research and draft memoranda on various areas of law
- Provide general support and assistance to the Legal department across multiple business units
- Participate in special projects/initiatives and perform other duties, as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
- Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and deal with quickly-shifting priorities
- A team player with maturity and outstanding judgment
- High level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and intellectual curiosity
STUDENT ASSOCIATE REQUIRMENTS:
- Current law school student who is pursuing a J.D. from an ABA-accredited institution
- GPA of 3.2 or above
- Provide a letter from your school verifying enrollment
- Available to work a minimum 21-hour work week and a maximum 35-hour work week
