Principal Mechanical Engineer

Qualifications
  1. Design skills including 3D CAD solid modeling software and other analytical tools (Solidworks, Creo, FEA, Matlab)
  2. Hands-on experience with 3D CAD data management systems
  3. Experience with DFM methodologies and a passion for delivering highly manufacturable products
  4. one plus years of manufacturing engineering experience with proven expertise developing and/or implementing new technologies for manufacturing plants
  5. Experience with SolidWorks or Creo Parametric CAD solid modeling software
  6. Lead the design and development of complex mechanical/automation equipment from URS development to build, testing and deployment into pilot and commercial production
  7. Support efforts for equipment validations (FAT, IQ, SWV, OQ, PQ)
  8. Develop experiments and tests (including writing and executing protocols) to characterize, and optimize manufacturing processes; analyze results, make recommendations, and develop reports.
  9. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Scientific.
