Hedge Fund Operations - Collateral Management

Our company is looking for a highly motivated professional to join our Operations Team.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work well under pressure and balance competing priorities in a results-oriented work environment. This is a critical role that interacts directly with our traders, clearing brokers, trading counterparties, accountants, fund administrators and auditors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Daily reconciliation of derivative positions, collateral and counterparty exposure

• Validation and settlement of margin calls

• Collateral and margin attribution by trading strategy

• Assist with trade affirmation, wire payments and derivative settlement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance recommended

• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• Team player with the ability to work with multiple internal and external groups with different areas of expertise

• Fast learner with the ability to respond quickly to new challenges

• Willingness to learn new systems, concepts and broaden knowledge in the financial industry

• Strong organizational skills and time management capabilities

• Detail-oriented
