Innovative Audiology Practice Seeks Audiologist

Cutting edge audiology practice seeks full-time audiologist interested in using their Au.D. to the
fullest through research, diagnostics, treatment, and preservation. Lake Forest Hearing
Professionals is a private practice that goes above and beyond—we are not simply a hearing aid
clinic; rather, we create full hearing-focused treatment plans for our patients, including a focus
on holistic health and proactive hearing preservation. If you have a passion for treating the

Benefits:
  • Salary: $80,000+ base with generous bonus and monthly commission structure; earning potential is unlimited

In fact, you’re welcome to join us on one of our weekends at the racetrack where we ensure hearing preservation is at the forefront for drivers and spectators alike.

Requirements:
  •  Motivated audiologist ready to make an impact in the field of audiology
  • Interest in understanding entrepreneurship and learning how a private practice operates; interest in management or partnership preferred.
  • Outgoing, charismatic provider who enjoys working as part of a team
Clinical Skills:
  • Diagnostics, including audiometry, immittance, DPOAEs, speech-in-noise testing, and loudness discomfort levels
  • Selection and fitting of hearing aids, including programming, verification, and counseling
  • Ability to make aural rehabilitation plan
  • Cerumen removal
  • Earmold impressions, past second bend. (highly desirable skill, as practice works with Sensaphonics making in-ear monitors and other hearing preservation devices)

Preferred, but open to training the right candidate:
  •  Understanding of Lyric and Lyric fittings
  •  Hearing Aid electroacoustic analysis
  •  Tinnitus Diagnostics, management, counseling, and tinnometer
