What to expect:
The BP STEP (Shaping Talent, Energy and Potential) program provides a unique opportunity to gain real-world skills in leadership before graduation. You’ll also gain valuable insight into the energy industry.
During the program you’ll:
- Network with BP executives, employees and current interns.
- Engage in leadership workshops.
- Hear from inspiring speakers.
- Meet like-minded students from across the country.
- Receive a $500 scholarship and an all-expenses paid trip to one of BP’s key locations.
Eligibility criteria:
To qualify for this program,
- You will be a first or second year undergraduate student, majoring in engineering, science or business.
- And you’ll need to have the qualifying 3.2 GPA.
We’re looking for students who demonstrate high potential, have strong academic and extracurricular backgrounds and who have a well-articulated interest in BP and our industry.
