Administrative Clerk
The duties and responsibilities of an Administrative Clerk at the Music in Everything (MIE) Corporation include:
- Answering customer inquiries and addressing their concerns, providing information, and taking and processing orders
- Setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, distributing reports, and managing the correspondence between the office and external bodies
- Answering phone calls and calling customers/vendors to follow up on appointments and deliveries
- Managing office inventory and working with vendors to ensure a consistent supply of office materials
- Compiling, maintaining, and updating company records
- Compiling and maintaining records of office business transactions
- Clerical duties such as operating office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines, and multimedia instruments
