The team you’ll be part of: The Customer Experience (CX) organization provides a common interface to customers including account and relationship management, acting as the voice of the customer internally and creating demand across our business groups. While bringing deep understanding of local markets for our customer, the CX organization ensures strong alignment between sales and delivery teams.

The ambition of Enterprise Sales within CX is to grow faster than the market and develop premium margin revenue streams with a focus on disruption trends such as private wireless, industrial automation and IoT. It drives Nokia’s business in the Industrial and Governmental space, including focus on segment specific expertise and seamless and low touch execution from business development until customer acceptance. The team also drives Nokia’s partnerships to jointly deliver digital platforms of the future enabled by 5G and beyond.

What you will learn and contribute to: You will be part of a young talent program that prepares you for a career in Project Management where we look for agility, digitalization and simplification that enables scalability of our fast-growing enterprise business. The program offers you an inside view into our business, will challenge you to perform at your very best and give you the opportunity to work with different groups over the globe, potentially even in a short international assignment. During your first career phase we will let you lead internal projects, expose you to our management team and ask you to inject our business with the strength of your generation. You will develop various technical and interdisciplinary skills in order to transition quickly into a Project Mgmt role with own area of responsibility and E2E accountability as a future step.

Education Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field or Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance with strong interest in technology sales.

Your Responsibilities
- Take true ownership of assigned tasks
- Manage small or mid-size internal projects throughout planning and execution phase
- Complete project assignments and network in their team
- Provide progress reports, share learnings and identify areas for improvement
