Associate - Order Management

Job Summary
The Order Management Analyst is responsible for the entire life cycle of orders placed. This spans the entire process from order placement all the way to customer receipt. Employee is part of the team that ensures that our customers not only receive their orders on time, but that they also have a completely worry-free experience, and continually build their trust in our ability to meet their needs.
 
Essential Job Responsibilities
  • Enter and coordinate new orders and follow up with customers to ensure Order flow and completion, including price checks, back-orders and order cancelations instructions to related dept. 
  • Resolve product or service problems by understanding the customer's issue, determining the cause of the issue, clarifying the best solution to solve the problem and expediting a correction or adjustment                  
  • Ability to de-escalate customer calls/chats if necessary
  • Supports customer accounts regarding day to day reporting on sales/ operations issues
  • Detail oriented with good analytical skills
  • Ability to communicate at all levels and work in a team environment
  • Ability to work independently on multiple activities, with prioritization and escalation skills
  • Issue RMA's, follow up customers
  • Interface with our warehouses to ensure timely delivery and correct any problems
  • Reduce the amount pay out to customers in chargeback fees
  • Other duties as assigned
