And it is where our clinical teams are focused on therapy programs to assist our residents in regaining lost or declining function, developing compensatory skills, and regaining their independence quickly. We are serious about maximizing every patient’s independence, that’s why we have equipped our therapy gym with the latest ACP equipment and programming, modalities and have in place over 50+ targeted programs developed to give you a bevy of treatment options.

You will be supported not only by your fellow clinicians, but also by your Area Clinical Manager who will collaborate with you on everything from care planning to advancing your skills set through training and certification opportunities. At NIT, our investment is in supporting our therapists to be their best selves, which in turn allows them to provide outstanding care to those we have the privilege of serving. That’s why at NIT, we look for a modest 80% productivity expectation because we believe pushing unrealistic productivities as 90-95% harms both the therapist and the patient.

This opportunity is in a senior community with patients in ALF/IL/Memory Care/HH environments. With a consistently high census throughout the community, your caseload will be fluid across these settings. This position is open to Speech Language Pathologists who are licensed in Iowa or who are eligible for licensure in IA.
