Marketing Intern - Fall 2022

The Marketing Intern will promote BlueGrace by managing incoming sales leads, lead reporting, supporting marketing and social media campaigns, tracking sales/online data and assisting with all day-to-day marketing activities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Supports customer interaction while using discretion and judgment to ensure customer satisfaction. Will include considerable collaboration and working with multiple stakeholders.  
  • Effectively qualifies and distributes leads/prospects through daily use of company CRM 
  • Assists in implementing marketing and social media content 
  • Plans and organizes internal and external presentations 
  • Ensures all projects and their related files are archived for safe keeping and easy access 
  • Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing marketing and leads analytics data 
  • Supports sales staff by gathering necessary information (such as leads/sales data/analysis, market trends, forecasts, new product information, etc.) to integrate sales and marketing efforts 
  • Researches and reports on competitive products and services as necessary 
  • Assists with SEO and PPC programs so SEO and PPC knowledge is preferred 
  • Accountable to organization goals by supporting new and different requests and exploring opportunities that add value 
  • Assists in proofing/editing marketing material to ensure accuracy  
  • Other duties as assigned 
  • Current degree seeking student with concentration/major in Marketing, Advertising or related field 
  • Previous internship or related coursework preferred 
  • Sound understanding of the principles of both traditional and digital marketing 
  • Familiar with Adobe Suite (InDesign, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator) and MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) 
  • Familiarity with WordPress is a plus 
  • Familiar with a variety of online and offline marketing concepts, best practices and procedures 
  • Candidate must be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines 
  • Meticulous attention to details; strong organizational and communication skills 
  • Must have a creative, innovative and growth mindset 
  • Excellent writing skills including spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing 
  • Anticipated graduation no later than May 2023
