Office Assistant/Receptionist

Greets and directs all visitors, including students, faculty and deliveries.
Handles incoming calls, supplies information to callers, relays messages to faculty and staff.
Performs basic clerical tasks and assists other administrative staff with overflow work, including filing, word processing, data entry, and internet research tasks.
Operates and troubleshoots basic office equipment.
Sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail.
