Parkinson's Research Kit Assembler

The Parkinson’s Progression Markers Initiative (PPMI) study team is searching for an individual that could assist in assembling and shipping study related materials. These may include but not be limited to olfaction kits, genetic testing kits, and post-genetic counseling materials. The individual would also need to record all shipments in the study database and update supporting Excel files.

Qualifications
   The candidate should have a high-level attention to detail, be organized, have excellent verbal and written communications skills, and ability to prioritize tasks. Experience with data entry preferred.

Through their work in this position, students will become acquainted with the following profiles:

Communicator – Students will learn how to be better communicators by building relationships with study team members. Individuals in this position will improve their active listening skills by interacting with and assisting study team members.

Innovator – Students will learn how to assemble and ship research supplies to study participants. This position will teach students how to make decisions quickly and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
