Parkinson's Research Participant Scheduler

  The Parkinson’s Progression Markers Initiative (PPMI) study team is searching for an individual that could assist with participant outreach by email and phone to schedule time with a study team member to discuss next steps for their study participation and to review eligibility and travel needs. The scheduler would need to identify an available date and time to connect, enter appointments on a shared calendar, send calendar invitations/reminders, update Microsoft Teams task lists, and record all communications in the study database.

Qualifications
   The candidate should have a high-level attention to detail, be organized, have excellent verbal and written communications skills, and ability to prioritize tasks. Experience with data entry preferred.

Through their work in this position, students will become acquainted with the following profiles:

Communicator – Students will learn how to be better communicators by building relationships with study team members and calling/emailing research participants. Individuals in this position will improve their active listening skills by interacting with study participants to assess their scheduling needs.

Innovator –This position will teach students how to make decisions quickly and collaborate with the study team while managing multiple study participants and documentation across numerous platforms.
