Facilities Planner

The Facilities & Planning Coordinator will support our Tempe locations preventative maintenance measures as well as ongoing team support of our +80 clinical locations. The ideal candidate is someone with a strategic mindset, a creative streak with an eye for space and excellent organizational and analytical skills. 
 
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Facilities – Function as liaison between facilities team and clinic staff to troubleshoot clinic issues in a timely manner. 
  • Expansion – Travel for new clinic set up, moves and renovations. Complete interior office set up to include punch walk checklist as well as vendor oversight to ensure compliance with project quality, standards and specifications.
  • Administration – Review highlights of real estate leases and provide overall tracking of facilities related project spend to include approval of rent invoices.
 
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience or education within facilities management/architecture/real estate
  • 2+ years of experience in a professional business setting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Attention to detail is critical.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle strict deadlines.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude as well as a self-starter with the ability to work independently depending on the task at hand.
  • Preferred – Experience with review of facility related contracts, leases and/or other legal documents
 
This position requires a minimum of 30% travel throughout the U.S.
