Senior Interior Designer/PM
At Lang & Schwander we are looking into hiring a Senior Interior Designer/Project Manager (Hotel Interiors/FF&E) for our Miami Office. We are FF&E consultants providing a-la-carte services for hotel renovations, PIPs, and new build developments.
Our ideal candidate is a general go-getter, who likes to be involved and goes the extra mile on his everyday projects. We are looking into hiring a team player candidate, who is driven by brainstorming with others, is creative and thinks ahead.
Job Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in project execution (internal and external projects)
- Review schedules, monitor tasks, controlling & reporting
- Procure furniture, revise technical drawings and liaise with vendors for the respective projects
- Engage in project management activities to revise purchase orders, financial controlling, plans & drawings
- Communicate with clients and project stakeholders to oversee production
- Coordinate meetings, organize planning and other tasks pertinent to the day-to-day operations of the company
