We are looking for an exceptional Sales Professional to focus on identifying and acquiring new business for Financial clients in US and Canada. The successful candidate will need to demonstrate a prospecting capability along with ability to communicate value and develop relationships.
Responsibilities – Sales Leader:
Prospect your own sales pipeline and develop key relationships for locating new opportunities with clients
Diagnose prospects’ pain, communicate value proposition, and come up with solutions to customers’ needs by collaborating with a broad breadth of experts across the company
Prepare formal proposals; lead negotiations - coordinating complex decision-making process, and overcoming objections to closure
Reporting; Update Tech Mahindra management team on a periodic basis
Meet and exceed Monthly and Quarterly Goals
Required Skills and Qualifications
Undergrad/ Grad with STEM subjects or Business or Finance
Fresh graduates or 0-3 years of IT sales or delivery experience
Experience in selling technology solutions and services (based on a combination of products and services) through effective cold calling and in-person visits, which foster a consultative relationship and increased business with the clients.
Experience in making effective technical and business presentations to ‘C level’ executives of organizations
Acumen to understand client’s business (any industrial domain ), strategy, and regulatory imperatives; subsequently align Tech Mahindra strategy, solutions, and services to add value
Good Understanding in new and conventional technologies, best practices, and platforms prevalent in Financial Services markets. Exposure to product sales (licenses) along with services is desirable
Ability to perform the role of a “trusted” advisor for clients and stakeholders
Strong communication, thorough understanding of technology industry, customer relations, and negotiation skills
Good analytical, problem solving, presentation skills, e.g. budgeting and forecasting. Self-motivated and possess strong organizational and interpersonal networking skills
Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment
