About the team
 
The SAP Developer and Community Relations team is a global organization whose mission is to engage and enable technology professionals to accelerate adoption of SAP for innovation at scale. We think, speak, code as developers. We foster connections, knowledge sharing and recognition in our SAP Community.
 
What you’ll do:
 
Position title: SAP iXp Intern – Marketing
Location: Remote (Virtual) 
Duration: July 5, 2022 – June 30, 2023
 
In this role, you’ll:
 
  • Support the Developers & Community Relations Marketing Team with SAP’s social media presence
  • Work with team members to identify content for promotion, create images, schedule posts, and route soial media inquiries to the appropriate team members
  • Assist with marketing initiatives and communication campaigns related to the SAP Community and developer audience
  • Produce a weekly new video series for developers
 
The SAP iXp Intern- SCDR Marketing will be a key contributor to our continued success in engaging with our social media audiences and fostering a positive sentiment towards SAP. In addition, he/she/they will be able to get real life experience and understanding about how communities work and the importance of listening and supporting our community members which in turn impacts the levels of engagement among community members and their level of satisfaction with our products.

Position requirements
  • Technical orientation 
  • Deep knowledge of social media platforms and how to effectively leverage each platform individually
  • Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous projects with attention to detail and timelines
  • Very strong writing, editing and proof-reading skills
  • Strong photo and video editing skills
 
Educational requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications (or similar field)
 
Desired skills / experience to be successful in this role
  • Prior related experience/internship in marketing or related field
  • Familiarity with Sprinklr a plus
