Planning and Property Operations Coordinator (Coordinator II) - Limited Duration

Persons appointed to limited term positions will be designated as limited duration employees whose appointment shall not exceed two (2) years except for the extension of grants or funding from outside sources. 
The Planning & Property Operations Coordinator provides technical and administrative support for the Office of Management & Finance’s (OMF) new Facilities Planning & Portfolio Management department and is an ideal role for candidates interested in developing a real estate, property management, and/or municipal facilities planning career.
 
 What you'll get to do: 
  • Point person for tenant communication and needs, including on site tenant visits and support. 
  • Administrative support for our Real Estate/Properties program with a focus on managing lease data and lease documents.
  • Administrative, technical and writing support for planning staff.
  • Experience working with teams that are responsible for: 
  • facility condition and risk assessment
  • assessing capacity and space needs
  • developing long-range capital plans and real. estate strategies for facilities
