Licensed Clinical Mental Health Therapist/Psychologist Telehealth Opportunity consulting U.S. College Students/Universities through TimelyMD (remote anywhere based in US)

The Role
Mental Health Counseling is a telehealth therapy service for younger adults (primarily college students). We are looking for providers that can have a consistent scheduled availability on our platform and help improve a patient’s acuity through timely access to quality care. Our patients are from many diverse backgrounds including race, ethnicity, LGBQT+, faith-based, etc.. This is a great opportunity to make an impact on the local communities while earning additional income and working around your schedule.

We are looking for Counselors/Psychologists in all 50 states.


What You'll Do

  • Provide counseling with primarily young adults
  • Appropriate documentation of encounter in EHR (platform)
  • Develop tailored care plans following each student encounter
  • Adhere to established standards for documentation quality
  • Collaborate with students to develop basic problem-solving skills and strategies


What You Bring

  • (Required) Masters in Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling
  • (Preferred) Doctorate in Supervising Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or Mental Health Counseling
  • Active State License(s)
  • Strong Communication and Diagnostic Skills
  • Access to Personal Computer or Laptop Computer with Webcam
  • Access to Telephone/Smartphone
  • A minimum of six (6) 1-hr. blocks per week of scheduled counseling availability on the Timely platform

  • Ability to work as a team member, providing support, mentorship, and constructive feedback in interpersonal interactions
  • Ability to adapt to the changing needs of students we serve
  • Ability to establish rapport, trust, and boundaries with students

Compensation

  • $63 per completed scheduled session for Master-degree holders
  • $73 per completed scheduled session for Doctorate-degree holders
  • Malpractice insurance is provided
