Product Marketing Intern
We are seeking an intern to join the K-12 Channel Success team who will be instrumental and accountable in supporting the Channel Success team with inputting all orders into our Salesforce system, track school updates, working with technical integration requests, and provide additional support to ensure the team meets the corporate renewal deadlines. The Channel Success Team works with service centers, consortiums, and statewide partners, which account for up to $15+ million in annual revenue. This role reports to the VP of Channel Success.
You will:
- Complex data entry of all 3rd party renewal orders (totaling $14m) into Salesforce system and request contracts be delivered to appropriate Regional Manager
- Update any school changes with Education Data Maintenance before inputting orders
- Provide additional support with tracking contract amendments, custom contracts, contract deliverables and due dates, along with renewal status
- Organize and maintain accurate lists of active school sites
- Generate & organize usage reports for small schools/districts within 3rd party region that are requesting usage to make their renewal decision, as well as reports to assist Regional Account Managers in analyzing their region
- Respond to all customer invoicing requests
- Create orders for and track 3rd party technical integration requests from direct districts
- Additional projects to be assigned as needed

If the candidate selected is a current student, the offer will be to participate in the Company's Summer Internship Program. The paid internship program is 8 weeks from June 21, 2022 – August 19, 2022. Students must be able to commit to 30 hours/week employment during the internship.
This is a PAID internship.

- Self-Motivation and Self-Starter: Driven self-starter with the ability to do what needs to be done without being micromanaged; ability to manage/prioritize multiple tasks, proactively manage numerous projects, and prioritize competing timelines; demonstrate a problem solving/ solution-oriented approach
- Learning Orientation: Always willing to learn something new, not rigid in beliefs or expectations
- Focus on Diversity: Have a demonstrated ability to understand, accept and engage with people of diverse backgrounds.
