POSITION SUMMARY
Supports HR department through project based work in areas such as personnel, compliance, and engagement.
 
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education/Experience/Licenses/Certificates/Eligibility: 
Must currently be enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in business. Preference to candidates in HR specific programs, but all disciplines will be considered.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITY
·      Capacity to work independently.
·      Strong organization with attention to detail.
·      Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES
This role will be very project focused. Possible projects include;
o  Auditing employee files to ensure compliance
o  Digitizing and organizing personnel data
o  Supporting employee engagement efforts
o  Identifying and implementing process improvement measures
