Human Resources Internship: Youth Outreach (Summer 2022)
Casey's Store Support Center in Ankeny, IA is searching for exceptional students to join our Summer 2022 Internship Program. As a Youth Outreach Intern, you will partner closely with our Learning & Development team to develop, prepare and conduct instructional design learning models geared toward high school students in the Starts Right Here program. You will work with business units across the Store Support Center to build instructional plans and then implement & facilitate these plans to students. You'll also help facilitate pick up and drop off from the Starts Right Here facility in Des Moines.
Requirements:
- Currently working on completion of Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent
- 3.0 GPA or above
- Extensive Excel knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to exercise independent judgment
- Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines
