INTERIOR ARCHITECT
CMA Design Studio, Inc. is a boutique, full Architectural and Interiors service firm specializing in luxury residential and resort projects in South Florida and the Caribbean. We are seeking full-time Interior Designer with (2-4) years’ experience and a passion for design to join our collaborative team. Proficient in AutoCAD, familiar with construction documents, Sketch Up, Lumion and, Design Graphics. Candidates should possess excellent graphics as well as verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Complete AutoCAD drawings for schematic and construction documents
- Assist Project Architects, Project Designers in the execution of specific assignments
- Assist on shop drawing review
- Must be able to manage multiple projects at a time
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2+ years of relevant work experience
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design
- Experience in all phases of design, documentation & construction administration
- Experience with Sketchup & Lumion
- Experience with InDesign & Photoshop
- Complete AutoCAD drawings for schematic and construction documents
- Strong organization, communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and/or carry on projects under Senior Supervision.
