Job Summary
Cystic fibrosis online education program strives to improve knowledge of clinical care guidelines for better patient care outcomes. IUSM CME has partnered with the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (CFF) to create continuing medical education (CME) online education courses utilizing the IU Canvas education platform to improve patient care outcomes for entire CF health care teams around the world.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities Include:
·        Manage all administrative and compliance tasks related to each course including working with course editors to complete CME application, collecting disclosures, resolving potential conflicts of interest, creating accreditation statements, calculating accreditation fees, handling honoraria paperwork and creating/editing course evaluations in Qualtrics (training will be provided if needed.)
·        Collaborate with internal clients, external clients, and other stakeholders at all levels.
·        Compute and award learner course credit.
·        Calculate, prepare and distribute course learner and program participation data.
·        Provide support for course distribution and marketing including managing website changes and drafting marketing materials.
·        Support learners with course related questions and troubleshoot issues. Update program FAQ document accordingly.
·        Assist with creating presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint.
·        Periodically schedule appointments, create meeting agendas and take meeting minutes.
·        Prepare for and assist with course beta testing.
·        Conduct online research as needed.
·        Create program data analysis graphics and documents (training will be provided if needed.)
·        Review/edit/add course content in IU Canvas learning platform (training will be provided if needed.)
·        Assist in streamlining existing processes and creating new one.

Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED and two years of relative administrative experience in managing tasks, planning educational/informational events, and interacting with others in a professional setting.
Combinations of education and related experience will be considered.
Knowledge and experience with web-based technology (Google Drive) and computers. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Outlook), virtual meeting software (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.), and Qualtrics survey management software. High level of efficiency, organizational and project management skills. Ability to think clearly and have strong attention to detail. Professionalism, creativity, exceptional judgement and decision-making. Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently and problem solve in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Ability to clearly and tactfully work at an event in high-stress situations. Capability to react quickly and assess situations affecting the successful execution of events and risk mitigation. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and in a team environment. Administrative and fiscal monitoring skills. Exhibits excellent diplomacy of skills in working with individuals at all levels within the Enterprise as well as with dignitaries from outside of the school/university.
Preferred Qualifications
Two plus years of college. Experience with Canvas learning platform or equivalent, documentation compliance management, graphic design and marketing.
Working Conditions / Physical Demands
Majority of the work will be done in a typical office environment on campus. Flexibility on working from home when needed. Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without an accommodation.
Advertised Salary Range
$20 per hour/25 hours a week.
