The Role:
Membership Sales Representatives are the key point of contact for the community and members at Good Samaritan Health and Wellness Center. To be a success in this role, you should have a desire to achieve team and individual goals set by the Sales Director and Club Manager. You must have great communication skills in person, on paper and on the phone, and be engaging with our membership base. You will also provide assistance and service to clients by answering/processing requests and providing information on membership accounts. A typical day will consist of communicating through phone calls & emails, new member prospecting, leading facility tours, and answering member requests. Flexible work schedule - 30 hours per week, typically 10AM-6PM & every other Saturday.
Requirements:
- A passion for helping people live healthier lives & the ability to be a team player.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Basic computer skills (MS Word & Excel).
- Sales and/or prior work experience in a fitness and wellness setting is a plus!
- CPR/AED and First Aid certification from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 90 days of hire.
- This client site requires full COVID-19 and Flu vaccination as an essential job function.
