Summary:
ProSource360 Consulting Services, Inc. is seeking part-time entry-level intern to be a part of an intern cohort aimed at supporting strategic business strategies, community initiatives and daily functions of a rapidly growing consulting firm in Washington, DC. The successful candidate(s) will have the ability to respond to collaborative conversations of solution planning, execute time sensitive task assignments and learn multiple office management skills and contribute to strategic event mapping.  The intern will provide scheduled support to identified office functions. The intern will work within a cross functional team to promote the ongoing support of company communication, celebrations, operation, and workforce application. Interns would be required to work a minimum of 40 hours a month. HUBZone applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Human Resource Assistant

Role & Responsibilities:
  • Perform responsibilities with a wide degree of adaptability, executing assigned tasks with a high level of foresight and anticipation.
  • Support projects and provide ideas and creative problem solving.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Work with technology and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Provide feedback to within a collaborative team on business challenges that arise, with suggestions of administrative solutions.
  • Interface with third party audiences, vendors and/or partners using good professional manners/etiquette, succinct messaging and clear direct language, through phone calls, emails, video chat mediums and in-person meetings, people handling incoming calls, reaching out to vendors, or speaking directly with high-level execs at other companies.

Qualifications:
  • Working on or Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or Human Resources preferred.
  • Reliable to work 10 hours per week with some hours available during normal business hours.
