Customer Service and Distribution for Healthcare Nonprofit
Mothers’ Milk Bank Northeast connects mothers who have milk to donate with fragile babies in hospitals who need safe donor milk to thrive. You can be part of this critical mission. This is a key role that supports our distribution efforts, you are directly working with our hospital clients and parents in the community who order our medical product - safe, pasteurized donor milk. You help ensure that orders are tracked and then set up for distribution.

- Strong team player
- Strong organizational skills
- Needs to be comfortable handling frozen milk and accessing walk-in freezer
- Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds on a regular basis
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to follow multi-step processes
- Working knowledge of MS office
- Customer service experience is a plus
- QuickBooks experience is a plus
- CRM (MS Dynamics) experience a plus (can be trained)
Job Type: Full-time, Monday 9am-5pm and Tuesday-Friday 8am-4pm.
