Cross-Asset Business Manager - Analyst or Associate - Global Markets
Business Overview:

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Senior Cross-Asset business manager, he/she will cover all COO-related aspects & projects to support the Sales Management & Market360 team.
Key responsibilities include:
Point of contact for GM Americas (GMA) Sales on escalations and support needs related to client lifecycle activities together with the Senior Cross-Asset business manager
- Analyze the request from Sales and either directly or through relevant stakeholders facilitate in its resolution / fulfilment. Proactively engage issues impacting Sales and GMA client franchise
Provide support and contribute to all Client Lifecycle improvement initiatives
- Provide support on all ongoing regional & global projects related to improving the client onboarding process (e.g. client prioritization framework, KPIs enhancement, tools, etc)Additionally support or identify (new) projects / opportunities to improve as well other client lifecycle activities (e.g. client offboarding, client recertification, client services, broker reviews etc)Work closely with relevant global & functional stakeholder to implement the improvement levers & elevate client excellence/experienceParticipate in relevant local and global client lifecycle forums representing GMA Sales
Maintain close coordination & engagement with RISK and LEGAL
- Ensure close alignment and communication with management with Risk and Legal management (incl. monitoring of resourcing needs)Lead agenda and follow-up for monthly management meeting with RiskI2S, FIC and GMA management. Coordinate with Risk and Legal around key escalations from the Sales organization (e.g. process improvements, ad-hoc transversal projects)
Support Business Management for GMA Sales and Market360 in the Americas
- Work with GBL business managers, assist Sales management to drive business projects. Be the business manager supporting the solution sales team (including staff onboarding, system access, sales mandates)Support transversal Sales efficiency initiatives (e.g. talent transformation, digital tools roll-out, etc) Assist Head of Market360 and team on COO-related aspects. Drive projects to improve Market360 activities (e.g. roadshow coordination, research distribution and readership) and establish KPIs (as relevant)Be the local contact point for any global or local initiative (e.g. increasing collaboration between M360 and Macro Sales) or project (Global Appropriateness framework for Corporates or Institutional clients)Identify opportunities to decrease cost or increase efficiency within the Sales & Market360 organization
Back-up for the Business Manager in charge of Corporate and Structuring:
- Act a SPOC for business management topics related to the Corporate Franchise and Structuring in the absence of the BM responsible for Corporates & Structuring
Contribute to a robust GM Americas Control and Compliance framework:
- Work with Compliance, OPC, Conduct and Supervision teams to ensure client and Sales activities are fully compliant at all times (e.g. Code name policy, Pn policy, Client complaints)Support functions / escalate to avoid overdue KYC recertification files. Active contribution to remediation tasks where applicable. Where relevant, active involvement in Regulators and/or Internal Audit inquiries related to GM Americas Clients & Sales activities. Key contributor / lead for GMA on all client suitability projects in the Americas. Where relevant, contributor in adapting GM Americas activities to new regulations.
Ensure strong relationship with:
- COO/BMs in the Americas and in other regions. GBL and Sales management in the Americas ITO: CLM, OCRM, ITO Management, Business Partners regionally and globally:
Compliance, Legal, Risk, FIC/Coverage, Drive and Finance

Minimum Required Qualifications

Detail oriented with a complete focus on quality results and deliverables. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Technical proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point
Preferred Qualifications:
- University Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics. Experience interning / working in a financial institution (preferably in internal consulting, COO/Business Management or project management in a Front-office)General knowledge of clients industry and processes covered in a Global Markets activity Project Management
