Recruiter/Marketing Administrative Assistant

We seek a graduate or full-time intern who desires to become a Recruitment/Administrative Assistant. This role supports company Executives and Senior Management by completing assigned tasks and managing assigned responsibilities. This includes tasks related to recruitment, safety, social media, marketing, Human Resources and general administrative efforts.
 
Qualifications include:
 
Degree, or close to a degree, from an accredited University in Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology, Business, Communications or similar type degree.
 
0-2 years of office or administrative experience. Prior office/admin internships count as experience.
 
Strong computer experience required including familiarity with Microsoft Office, EXCEL, WORD and POWERPOINT.  
 
Must be able to independently manage social media platforms and be proficient at Photo Editor or similar software.
