Entry-Level Transportation Staff Engineer

As a valuable member of our Land Use & Transportation team, you will work on a variety of transportation projects for our New England clients. You may choose to sit in our Westfield, Massachusetts, Portsmouth, New Hampshire, or Rhinebeck, New York offices. You will work in a hybrid office/remote/field model, including flex-time summer Fridays.

You will play a key role in assisting with a variety of reporting such as traffic impact and parking studies, design, functional design, and design exception. You will also assist with the preparation of contract documents, bid documents, technical specifications, and quantity/cost estimates. Some of your projects would also include construction observations/inspection of various traffic, parking, and roadway improvements for our clients. 

You will need a BS degree in Civil Engineering. Having a MS degree, experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation would be a plus. It would be helpful to have experience with roadway and/or site design as well as development of construction drawings.
