Marketing Intern

Sanctuary Wealth Group, LLC is seeking a Marketing Intern based in Indianapolis, IN. This position will be a vital part of the marketing team which drives the delivery of our digital-first marketing plans, serving both Sanctuary Wealth and partner firms. This position’s main focus is to work closely with the marketing team to support organization initiatives, needs and objectives, including assistance in the following areas:

ü studio equipment and setup/disassembly

ü video editing – Adobe Creative Cloud

ü corporate intranet site: creating pages, uploading content & videos, developing the calendar

ü corporate website content creation and editing

ü corporate Mailchimp communications

ü marketing tasks related to partner firm transitions

ü corporate and partner firm content creation

ü business stationery requests, including content creation and/or print production

ü structure of the corporate YouTube channel

ü organization of marketing items for corporate events

ü structure and organization of ongoing marketing efforts and projects

·        experience with digital marketing, content creation and website maintenance

·        Experience with all social media tools and platforms

·        Experience with Web Code Language

·        Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Office 365.

·        Willingness to learn, be a self-starter, with a “get-it-done” attitude

·        Copywriting experience helpful

·        Public relations, corporate communication, or brand marketing experience preferred
