Employee Wellness Analyst

The California Department of Fish and Wildlife's Employee Wellness Services Unit is seeking a motivated, team player, to join our small but mighty Unit. The position provides an opportunity to work with great employees who have a common interest in nature and helping people understand its importance. As the Employee Wellness Analyst you will provide subject matter expertise in the the department’s Workers’ Compensation (WC), Family and Medical Leave, (FMLA), California Family Rights Act (CFRA), Pregnancy Disability Leave (PDL), Reasonable Accommodation (RA), Return to Work (RTW), COVID-19 Leave Support, and Catastrophic Leave Program (CLP). The Employee Wellness Analyst will also assist with our monthly wellness newsletters and upkeep of our Employee Wellness intranet page.
This position is headquartered in our brand new high rise building located in downtown Sacramento. Currently due to COVID emergency response efforts the position is fully remote, however, there may be possible in office work required in the post COVID-19 environment.
