We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us support our Account Management team and better deliver for our client base. You will be an integral part of the onboarding, managing, and development of new clients and the assistance of existing ones.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
-Working closely with Account Managers to brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
-Assisting in the management and prioritization of our development and intern team to ensure all open requests and assignments are properly completed
-Helping with inbound client requests by demonstrating expertise in various areas and the ability to respond and strategize the best course of action
-Collaborating with the Account Management team to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
-Developing an understanding of the metrics and create reports to share with clients to better articulate performance
-Assisting in analyzing PPL marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies
-Provide a positive, solution-based attitude to enhance our innovative company/office culture
-Take phone calls with clients to go over marketing gameplans
-Ability to create relevant and engaging organic social media content
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing or similar role
- Experience in brainstorming, creating, and managing Facebook, Google, and YouTube ad campaigns
-Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
- Working knowledge of Canva or other design software
-Demonstrable experience in analyzing marketing data and consumer trends
-Solid computer skills. Experience using marketing software (Zendesk & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords, Ads Manager, etc.) preferred.
- Proactively optimize campaigns based on data and key metrics
- Ability to coordinate website builds and edits, and effectively communicate with developers
-Well-organized and detail-oriented
