Are you a Masters-level clinician seeking to become a Licensed Mental Health Professional?
We offer a unique experience for five Masters-level mental health practitioners who seek to pursue clinical licensure.
Our Clinical Residency Program offers:
Full-time, paid and benefitted employment at MVCS's Island Counseling Center
Single-room housing in pristine West Tisbury at reduced and affordable rent Relocation cost reimbursement

Community engagement with schools, law enforcement, Martha's Vineyard Hospital, and more
Opportunity to design an employment experience tailored to your interests. Rotation selections may include:
- School-based services
- Urgent Care services
- Co-responder emergency response with law enforcement
- Elder services
- Substance use disorder services
Early childhood, protective, and other specialized services
Community coalitions/consortia in areas of diversity, substance use, disabilities, elder care and more
