Digital Media Coordinator: Job Description
1. Reports To: Patrick Costello, Principal
2. Full Time Location: 1752 Lincoln Avenue San Rafael, CA 94901 (HQ)
3. Training: Cyber Insurance Sales & Underwriting Training (HQ – 1 Month)
4. Role Objective:
- Enhance Evolve’s online presence via production and distribution of quality digital content (with a strong focus on videography and video editing).
- Develop, increase, and engage Evolve’s audience across all broker channels (social media, email, website, etc.)
5. Job Description:
- Filming, editing, & distributing Evolve content, including, but not limited to regional company events, award shows, cyber sales academies, and Evolved Broker podcast content.
- Engage with and grow Evolve audiences across all social media, Salesforce contacts, & marketing software.
- Evolve content creation, including video, graphic design, & all internal/external marketing documents.
- Support current marketing team with any miscellaneous requests.
- Timely, organized, & proactive execution of content calendar.
6. Technical Skills Required:
- Creative filming vision & videography expertise.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Editing software expertise.
- Professional high quality writing content and graphic design expertise.
- Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms: LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, & Facebook.
7. Education and Experience Requirements:
- Proficiency to basic knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Software (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
- 4-Year Undergraduate Degree
- 2 Years of Videography Experience (preferred)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Accumulative GPA above 3.0
