The Events Intern will help to shape the internal Tinder team culture both in real life (IRL), at our LA HQ office, and virtually. (TRANSITION) The Events Intern will assist with the following, but not limited to: 
  • Managing event details & invitation via google calendar
  • Respond to requests and coordinate logistics for internal meetings and team events
  • Maintain existing, and research new, vendor contact list for IRL, Virtual & Hybrid events
  • Create marketing materials related to events including slides/presentations and flyers
  • Track event impact, attendance and feedback
  • Assist with Tindership related events & programming
  • Participate in planning committee meetings including draft/follow-up with meeting notes 



We're looking for:

  • Curiosity around exploring a career in Workplace Experience/Events 
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • You are a self starter and motivated to bring fresh perspective and ideas on how to continuously work smarter
  • Strong project management skills - ability to bring multiple solutions to solving problems
  • Willingness to ask questions to navigate ambiguity
  • Proven organizational skills, ability to prioritize competing priorities and focus on time management.



Bonus points If:

  • You have prior events experience
  • Familiarity with G Suite, Slack, and Canva
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets and Slides
  • Leadership experience in clubs or organizations
  • Passion for Events + Programming
