Store Clerk/Reservationist

*This is a seasonal position.* The Store & Registration Team Member employee’s primary responsibility is to maintain outstanding customer service as per Jellystone Park standards, process sales quickly, accurately & efficiently, welcome and register guests to the campsite, and assist in general office sales, operations and safeguarding company assets.

Essential Job Duties: (these duties include, but are not limited to):

Respond to incoming telephone calls, ensuring that these are answered promptly and questions are answered accurately
Operate computer reservations and point of sale systems
Greet guests and campground visitors, provides accurate information on campground amenities, services, and policies.
Operate the campground office including sales, stocking, merchandising, and housekeeping duties.
Sweeping and mopping floors
Arranging merchandise is a visually appealing manner
Possess product knowledge to assist guests in decision making process
Respond to any customer complaints/concerns to ensure that these are dealt with speedily and effectively in a manner consistent with our customer service philosophy.
Answer emails, reservation requests, and voicemails in a prompt, efficient and friendly manner.
Maintain an awareness of all promotions and advertisements and be able to effectively communicate those to our (prospective)guests
Take all necessary security precautions to ensure that cash and credit card information are held in a safe and secure manner in accordance with legal guidelines
